3. If problem on the installation, please change a security option as the follow

1) Go to “Internet option > Security Setting

2) Click “Custom level” and then find “Download signed ActiveX Controls” and “Download Unsigned

ActiveX Controls”

3) Select “Prompt” option for both of option.

4. If finishes correctly, the monitoring mode will be shown on the screen.

Web monitoring screen might be different depending on the DVR model.
