Main Features

The XDVR2 advanced professional DVR range sets a new standard in excellence in the world of CCTV. Designed for use in high risk application and where only the best will

do. It is based on the best selling XDVR range which was recognised all over the world as being one of the best DVRs on the market and was the DVR of choice for the UKs

leading retail chains. In 2004 the X-vision team set a goal of creating the worlds most advanced DVR, 2 years later and the XDVR2 has succeeded in meeting there goal.

It offers real time recording of up to 16 cameras with audio and a massive recording capacity of 1.2 TB (extendable to up to 20.4TB by using up to twelve XDVR2NAS/1600

Additional 1.6TB Storage Trays). It also features DVD quality recording, a built in CD or DVD writer for backing up recordings and mouse control, front panel push button

control with jog shuttle, IR remote control or Speed Dome Keyboard control for ease of use. Other unique features in clude easy access to the machine via a network or

internet connection by using Internet Explorer, so no additional software needs to be loaded on the client PC accessing the DVRs, automatic email alerts with video clips

attached whenever alarm inputs are triggered or motion is detected or video loss for a camera occurs and a full range of accessories to create a fully scalable CCTV system

from 1 camera to 256 cameras with POS and Access Control integration if required.

Three versions of the XDVR2 range are available, the XDVR2 which is a 16 camera 200 fps recording unit, the XDVR2RT which is a 16 camera 400 fps recording unit and the

XDVR2RTA which is a 400 fps recording unit with 16 audio inputs.

Live Viewing Features

Full and Multi Screen Display: During live viewing on all models it is possible to view each camera full screen as a quad image, as a 9 camera cameo and as a 16 camera

cameo.

Audio: The XDVR2 and XDVR2/RT have 2 audio inputs which can be monitored live during live viewing. The XDVR2/RTA has 16 audio inputs.

Pan Tilt Zoom & Speed Dome Control: The XDVR2 range features Pan Tilt Zoom and preset setup and recall control of Pelco D & P protocol cameras and speed domes.

sequence. On the XDVR2/RT the Call (Spot) monitor output acts as a 2nd independent main monitor output which can be programmed to show a completely different full screen

or multiscreen view from the 1st main monitor output and will also allow the DVR to have a 2nd independent control point for all DVR function if connected to the optional

XDVRKB or XDVRPROKB remote keyboards.

The XDVR2 standard model will record up to 200 fps at 360x288

resolution and the XDVR2RT and XDVR2RTA units will record at up to 400 fps.

DVD Quality Recording: The XDVR range features a DVD quality (720x576 resolution) mode which will record at up to 50 fps on the XDVR2 and 100 fps on the XDVR2RT

and XDVR2RTA and a near DVD quality (720x288 resolution) mode which will record at up to 100 fps on the XDVR2 and 200 fps on the XDVR2RT and XDVR2RTA.

Synchronised Audio Recording: The XDVR2 and XDVR2RT will record up to 2 audio inputs, and the XDVR2RTA will record up to 16 audio inputs.Audio recording is

synchronised with the video recording which means better recording integrity when being used for evidence purposes

MPEG4 Compression: The XDVR2 range uses the very latest X-vision MPEG4 based compression for the highest quality picture recording and lowest file size when compared

with wavelet and MJPEG compression technolgies
